YOUR INFORMATION:

First of all we DON NOT sell your information to anyone. there is a few reasons we have your information and what information we hold if you:

What We store:

  • Your Name 

  • Your e-mail address used to register

  • Your purchases including: what you purchased, when you purchased it, how much you paid, and how you paid (we only use PayPal at the moment so we only store that you paid through PayPal no details stored (Paypal do that part).

  • any correspondence between us (if you message us or we message you.)

Why we store it:​

    we only store this information so that we can allow you access to the site as a registered user, allowing you to make purchases, and have them available on you personal part of the website.  

   We use your email to send you with a receipt of purchases, and when you register on the site, from time to Time we may send you promotional emails. (at present we do not have a mailing list, or send promotional emails, we may do this in the future).

  • Your downloads, what crafts you are downloading and when, this allows us to see what is trending.

  • Your purchases including: what you purchased, when you purchased it, how much you paid, and how you paid (we only use PayPal at the moment so we only store that you paid through PayPal no personal payment details are stored (Paypal do that part).

  • any correspondence between us (if you message us or we message you.)

  • Your PayPal email address.

  • If you have an active subscription with us on PayPal.

Why we store this:

we  store this information so that we can allow you access to the site as a registered user, allowing you to make purchases, and have them available on you personal part of the website.  

  We store you PayPal e-mail address and If you have an active subscription on PayPal so that we can give you access to the subscribers area of the website. 

 We use your email to send you with a recipe of purchases, and when you register on the site, from time to Time we may send you promotional emails. (at present we do not have a mailing list, or send promotional emails, we may do this in the future). 

Your Rights:

  • Access to your information,

If you would like us to email you with the information that we have stored about you on our secure database  please feel free to send us an email and we will email you this information. (please allow up to 48hrs)

  • Remove your details

I you would like us to remove some or all of your details we will be happy to do so, just send us an email and we will remove them (please allow up to 48hrs)

  • Anything else
